2. Title Page
3. 3-5 pages of Report

• Introduction (include History instead of Procedures)
• Findings (Body) with:

1. Talking Headers
2. Answers to 7 questions
3. In-text APA style citation

• Charts or Graphs for Q's 1 & 2
• Conclusions

4. References (QA p. 310)

Does it have a Transmittal Memo?
Is the Transmittal Memo in the Direct Format (does it say this company is good/bad)?
Does the Transmittal Memo explain the most important factors in the middle?
Does the Transmittal Memo follow our best practices for a closing paragraph?
Does it have a Title Page?
Does the Title Page look like the sample (QA p. 264)?
Does it include at least 3 pages of body (not including Title Page & References)?
Does it include an Introduction (why this company & Purpose and Scope)?
Does it answer at least 7 questions?
Does the order of information provided in the FINDINGS section match the order of the questions listed under Purpose and Scope? If not, does your partner need to reorder the body of the report, or just the questions?
Does the paper have subheadings (flush left, upper & lower case, bolded like Purpose and Scope)?
Are they Talking Headers (i.e., do they give the main point of the following passage?)
Does it include In-text APA style citation (QA p. 236)?
Where may it need a citation?
Does each piece of information provided also include an evaluation (i.e., did your peer evaluate the information in terms of whether it was a positive factor for wanting to work there or not)?
Does it include a type of Chart? If not, what would work well for them?
Does the chart have a sentence to direct our attention to the point of the chart?
Does the chart have an in-text citation?
Does the chart include evaluation (i.e., did your peer state whether the information was a positive factor or not)?
Does the conclusion clearly state whether or not this company is a good choice for the writer and why (which factors)?
Does the paper have a References sheet?
Does it include at least one Database source and one Internet source?
Does the References sheet look like the sample (QA p. 273)? If not, what should be changed?
Are the References listed alphabetically?
Is it double-spaced with no extra space in between citations?
Is the first part of each either an author's last name or an article/page title in regular font?
Does each have a date, or (n.d.) in the second spot of the citation?
Are the website/magazine/journal titles in italics in the third spot?
Do each end with Retrieved from/Retrieved date from + web address or database name/doi#?
Is the database name in italics?
Since "References" mean "what I referred to in the paper," if it is on the Reference Sheet, it must appear in the body of the text AND, conversely, if it is in the paper, it must appear on the Reference Sheet. Check the in-text citations for each reference. Do the in-text citations match the References?
