Analyze the major features, strengths, and weaknesses of the recruiting messages you view throughout each site, from the employment splashdown page to specific position postings.

Prepare a brief narrative report that summarizes, compares, and contrasts your findings.

• How well do these sites support the trends and strategies presented in this module's readings?

• Suppose you were an outside consultant brought in to overhaul recruiting at these organizations.

What recommendations will you make to revise or change the site or the message presented? Why?
