Dave is upset that Terrible Tanya sued him. Dave calls Police Officer Pat and asked him to patrol the neighborhood more often and catch" Tanya conducting her illegal acts. Officer Pat says "Affirmative. You're in my district and I patrol that regularly anyway." After a few days, Dave is under the impression that Officer Pat is not actually making any more rounds than usual. He notices there are way more scout cookies available now that Tanya can't buy them. He tells Officer Pat - *Look if you step up the patrols, I will give you as box or two of scout cookies a day. Officer Pat does swoop by a few more times a day than usual. He says to Dave - "Where's those cookies?"
