Direct Examination

1. Can you please state your full name for the record? My full name is Tracey Minetos (Affidavit p. 1).

2. Could you tell the court where you live? I live at 8720 Lynx Road in Midlands City with my brother, Chase. (Affidavit p. 4)

3. Can you tell the court about your family? I only have one stepbrother, Chase Covington. Our parents got married when we were both young and are both now deceased. (Affidavit p. 7)

4. Does Covington own the house? Yes, I moved in with Chase after the bar closed. Our parents left us a house and we sold it. I put my money into the bar and I don't know what Chase did with his; probably gambled it away. (Affidavit p. 11)

5. How long have you lived together? We have lived together since fall of 2020. (Affidavit p. 6)

6. Do you enjoy living with Covington? Living with Chase isn't bad. Sometimes he would come home at 2 am smelling like cigarettes. He always seemed angry, a bit drunk I'd say. He always treats me well. (Affidavit p. 15)
