Discussion: "Maximilien Robespierre, Speech on Public Virtue"

First read Robespierre's Speech on Public Virtue which was delivered in 1793 at the start of the "Reign of Terror." In his speech, Robespierre states, "Society owes protection only to peaceable citizens..."
