In a Globalised world there is a place for the doctrine of consideration in contract Law? I am quite confused in this topic of consideration, because in Civil Law they do not have consideration. Civil Law has unilateral and bilateral contracts? I had read about consideration, but still quite vague the explanation of it. Could you help me please? Thank you very much
