What the issue is The issue is the passenger protection program, which can be referred to as the no-fly list. The passenger protection program which can also be known as PPP is a type of security program that prevents certain individuals who might pose a threat to air security from committing terrorist acts by making them go through extra security and just preventing them from boarding the plane in general.

The no-fly list was implemented after the terrorist act of 9/11 on the Twin Towers. In Canada, the no-fly list is called SATA. A SATA list is an official governmental record that contains details such as name, date of birth, gender, fake identities, and more information that helps the identification of an individual.
