You, the supervisor, notice that the chefs are not keeping the kitchen clean. Other employees tell you that the food is not hearty enough and they also ask that you tell Louise and Marie-Claude not to speak French to each other because they feel that the chefs are always talking about them.
You tell Louise and Marie-Claude that they must prepare heartier food and keep the kitchen clean. But you wonder what, if anything, can you do about them speaking French to one another?
