Do you think that alcohol and tobacco should be scheduled? Based on the scheduling criteria, what schedule would they fall under? Does it seem weird and/or hypocritical to you that under the Controlled Substances Act any drug with a potential for abuse should be scheduled (including cough syrup), but alcohol and tobacco (which we know have potential for abuse) are not scheduled?
