II. Do you believe that Norway is too lenient and the U.S. is too harsh with respect to sentencing? In a country outside of the U.S., find an example of a case where the defendant received a sentence that, in comparison, was either more lenient or more harsh than what the defendant would have received in the U.S. Would you suggest the U.S. adopt that other country's sentencing choice with respect to similar cases?
