Respond to the following - In the first video it talks about direct support with development disabilities. I do believe that a realistic job preview is important because they job description that is on the application may be totally different then what you envisioned. In the video there was a worker who said she was nervous about starting her job because she wasn't sure what to expect and she didn't want to mess anything up. I completely understand that because you may think the job is easy and then you get there then realize that a lot more is required from you and you have to care for someone else health.
