Case Study: Over the last decade there seems to be a softening in most areas toward drug use, especially that of marijuana. However, the criminalization, decriminalization, and/or legalization of marijuana has been a controversial issue leading some states to decriminalize its use and others to legalize marijuana for medical and/or personal use. As with any policy, there are pros and cons.
