Case:

Richard worked in the detailing section of the employer's small car wash and car detailing business. Paid strictly on commission, he earned approximately $50 per detailing job. However, around the beginning of June 2014 he noticed that he was only being paid $40 to $44 per job. Richard spoke to his employer about this change, but nothing was done and shortly thereafter Richard quit his job and filed a complaint with the Ministry of Labour, alleging constructive dismissal
