Question

In health care it is all about the bottom dollar, and cost analysis based on how procedures are done and paid for. With employee retention the issue arises of cost to train a new employee and keeping them on board, if they leave within a year or so it costs the company a lot of money to retrain staff to take that position even if it can be filled within a generally short period of time. Do you think cost effectiveness with plans is the number one factor in whether something stays or goes?
