The Head Chef immediately phones to notify you that he has just observed the line cook steal expensive inventory belonging to the restaurant. You proceed to the parking lot exit, where the cook attempts to leave the property. You direct the cook to stop his vehicle and get out. You search the cook's backpack and find the knives and frozen meat. You value the items to be worth several thousands of dollars. The cook says, "I don't know how those got there!
