1. After reviewing and summarizing in your own words Unit I-IV, which of the sources of moral principles do you find applicable in business setting today in the American society? Justify your answer by citing concrete example/s of moral dilemmas. Which moral issue in general is prevalent and trending in most business companies in America.
2. The second part of your essay is case analysis in which you would explore the place of ethics in business:

Mr X, a supermarket supervisor, mandated Mr Y, a branch manager to submit a report which was to include background analysis of some data and recommendation based on the interpretation of that data. Mr X gave Mr Y two weeks to gather the report together. Because of time pressure and the bulk of work, Mr Y decided to delegate the research, analysis and report writing to one of his newly hired subordinates, Ms P who completed the work only for 10 days. Mr Y took Ms P's work, reviewed it, was satisfied with the content so he retyped the cover page to show his name and then submitted it to Mr X as if it were his work.  Mr Y was praised and given bonus on top of his monthly salary for the work that Ms P did. If you put yourself on the shoes of Ms P what is your reaction to not being given acknowledgement for work that you have done and then seeing someone else being praised and given credit for it?
