Due to conditioned responses to food from different parts of our lives, it can be challenging to change our eating patterns. In addition, there is a lot of emotion tied to eating.
For this week's experiment, try eating a cracker, cookie, piece of pizza, etc. The item is not as important as only eating half of it. Leave the balance on your plate and reflect on it. How important is it for you to finish that item?
