Recently, in Arizona, there was a prominent court case concerning due process. In MOUNTAINSIDE FITNESS ACQUISITIONS LLC v. DOUGLAS A DUCEY, the court said, "Not allowing businesses any due process until the Governor decides, in his discretion, to end mandatory shutdown periods, deprives these businesses of any meaningful due process." Thus, the court ruled that the shutdown of gyms is improper and not Constitutional in this instance.
