Do you believe that most managers use influencing (power, politics, networking, and negotiating) for the good of the organization of for their own personal benefit? Is influencing ethical? What can be done to help managers be more ethical in influencing others?

Submit a paper which is two to three pages in length (no more no less), exclusive of the reference page. The paper must be double spaced in Times New Roman font, 12 points in size.
