He stored his inventory in a locked trailer, which he left parked at the flea market overnight. When he returned the next morning, he discovered that the padlock on his trailer had been changed.

Upon forcing the trailer open, he found that his entire inventory of Beanie Babies, which he estimated had a value of $60,000 to $75,000, was missing. In a suit against Traders World, Bess argued that the transaction was a bailment . Do you agree with Bess ? Why or why not?
