A) Greater diversity can broaden our conceptions of art, history, music, language studies and other arts and humanities. And the arts and humanities can support and enrich a culture of inclusivity across many communities, fields and professions. Diversity faculty improves most of the individual's engagement and retention both of which are necessary if the humanities are to recover. Culture has a vital impact on creativity since most individuals from different cultural settings have either distinct or explicit conceptions of creativity.
The impact of culture on creativity is typically manifested in three ways: (1) people from different cultures or settings have distinct implicit and/or explicit conceptions of creativity; (2) individuals from different cultures, particularly those from individualist and collectivist cultures, show differences in preferred creative processes and creative processing modes (e.g., usefulness seems more important than novelty in the East, whereas novelty seems equally important as usefulness, if not more so, in the West) when they are engaged in creative endeavors; (3) creativity may be assessed using different measures based on culture-related contents or materials, and findings are accurate only when culturally appropriate or culturally fair measures are used.
B) I think that diversity has influenced humanities because many types of history would not have been discovered without diversity and accepting people that are different from you. Diversity has led to many discriminations around the world, and it influenced how humanities runs over the years in which change over time with laws. The main contribution of diverse culture is that it allows many artists from diverse cultures to show creative expression to the world and show people around the world how their culture operates. Diverse culture had allowed creative expression to become big in the humanities and a lot more people are now showing their creative expression around the world.
