Drummond, a customer in a bar, gets into a heated discussion with the bartender (Bob) over politics. Bob then asks Bouncer Bill to eject Drummond from the bar. Bill grabs Drummond, dislocating Drummond's arm. Bob, the bartender, had worked for Jergins for only two weeks, during which time there were no complaints.
