Do the animals have rights in the same way that humans have rights?

To answer the second question, consider whether the dignity of an animal is different that the dignity of a human, which would mean that their rights are different. What rights do animals have? How is it similar or different from humans? (Regan would say that animals have equal rights to humans. Cohen would say that they do not. Both would be against animal cruelty.)
