Question: What is the complementary sequence of the following sequence: (All sequences should be written from the 5' to the 3' end, 1 points) 5'-ATCCGCTAACAGGTTCGATTTGGCCAGTA-3'? DNA is isolated from two different species. Both DNA samples are found to be exactly the same size. One of the DNA samples has a G+C/A+T ratio of 4.8 and the other 3.2. Determine which of the samples has a higher G-C base content? Which sample has more H bonds connecting its base pairs?
