Without plagiarizing how do you feel about the statement below on DMAIC process;
Using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control or DMAIC process will be applied to our events and the planning. This will fall under the second set in project management of project planning. As part of my enterprise, I bring in teams that have early developed technologies and pair them up with their end users.
So the first part is Define: I will host events that put users in real-world training while testing technology and providing feedback.
Measure: We plan the events for five days so that the technology gets different users to test their device and will get different views and feedbacks.
Analyze: We need to see what is required to get the technology the best feedback while giving the users an environment that they want to train and run the testing. We need to match both of up so that the best flow of testing and feedback can occur.
Improve: The area that needs to get an improvement to make these events the best possible is to get more details from what each group is wanting and expecting.
Control: Keep the data that is collected.
So by communicating with both customers and filing the feedback to create a database will make the events. As we run the events meeting what both our customers want there is a step that we need to complete is the follow up to make sure that the events meet all the expectations. Once we can achieve events with positive feedback, we can make future events better and need to look and ask for as much feedback.
We will need to conduct the DMAIC process over and over to not only get the issues under control but to make sure that we are keeping things staying the course. This process must be ongoing and we always need to make changes to make the process better.
