One of the higher levels of learning is reflecting on what you have learned and being able to conceptualize how that learning can be utilized. Critical aspect of obtaining the competencies is to do the self-reflection. These assignment/papers should be at least three pages but not exceed five pages.
Your papers should summarize what you have learned relative to the course from the classes and from individual research into course materials and what can be applicable to you in your work or personal life. Reflect on whether any of the material resonates with your personal beliefs about leadership and about leadership at your workplace, in your family, social group, or any other venue.
