Diversity in the workplace explained in this solution

Searching for employment can be a task within itself. When it comes to looking for jobs and you have limited experience you may have the opportunity to find work at an entry level. Entry level positions seem to round skills off that you are unaware of or confirm if you like the industry you are working in. I would consider myself as an intermediate employee but I have seen and faced issues when dealing with entry level jobs and the inadequacy of diversity shown within the workforce.

How can I describe the LACK of diversity when it comes to Entry Level positions in the workforce? I don't feel that these positions are very diverse when it comes to the people that provide the training ... I don't believe you are taught what's needed since we all range and come from different backgrounds.

Include a thorough description of the issue. Describe the ramifications of the issue on the organization. Discuss accuracy, conflict management and personalized learning from a diversity perspective.
