Furthermore it necessitates consciously developing a tradition facilitating unifying diverse employees under common value sets ultimately aimed towards enhancing organizational effectiveness and performance. HR administrators should make an effort to promote a working environment which eventually should facilitate enhancement of motivation, satisfaction and commitment of diverse people. Furthermore it necessitates to effectively address organizational culture change wherein create an environment where diversity is valued and nurtured.
