A ramdon of 30 birth records from a local hospital were slected. Assume that the distrubition birth weights is normally distributed. In a sample average birth weight was 123 ounces with a standard deviation of 7.5 ounces.

Calculate the 99% confidence interval for the unknown parameter the mean birth weight for all babies in that hospital. Report the upper and lower limit of the interval.
