As you drive into the parking lot of a top distributor of your home building supplies, you recall how only two years ago the company purchased the largest opening order you ever sold. Last year its sales doubled, and this year you hope to sell the distributor over $100,000 supplies. As you wait, the receptionist informs you that since your last visit, your buyer Ms May was fired and another buyer, Ms Amy succeeded her. Ms May and you had become good friends over the past 2 years. As you enter the new buyer's office, Ms Amy asks you to have a seat and then says; "I've got some bad news for you. I'm considering switching suppliers. Your prices are too high".
