You have been hired as Chief Marketing Official for existing tech company. Company made it big with their virtual reality videogame systems, though, this market has become stagnate and market shares have dropped. You are tasked with giving the presentation addressing all elements of this assignment to Board defining your management strategy for company. Company is experiencing decreased profits, increased roadblocks and difficult times. Board is specifically interested in nonmarket strategy for handling and minimizing increased roadblocks in their legal and social environment. As CMO your job is to rebrand company. First, study U.S. trademark law. Look at what affects strength and value of trademark. Distinguish good and bad trademark strategies. Then create your own trademark strategy for company. You will carry this project into interview with you to distribute to Board members as you present management strategy to them.
