They alleged that they had ceased to be partners of the defendant firm, having sold and assigned all their shares, rights, and interests in the firm, and having duly signed their withdrawal from the partnership. However, they subsequently discovered that the withdrawal forms were not registered with the Registrar of Limited Liability Partnership (MyLLP)".

1. Given the scenario above, if it is a case of a professional partnership incorporated as a limited liability partnership, explain the meaning of a "professional partnership".
