Peritoneal dissemination

We learned that tumor dissemination starts from the primary tumor, and it is a multi-step process. In the first step, tumor cells invade the gastric wall. Then, they will detach from the primary tumor mass and find their way to the peritoneal cavity.

I'm interested to know the important molecules that facilitate the penetration of cancer cells to the gastric wall.
