Question

The patient was displaying severe signs of psychosis and paranoia. He had tied a bottled water in a towel and was swinging it around threatening staff members with it,when staff attempted to redirect him he became more aggressive hitting the staff at the chest area with the object. Code Gry was called and for the safety of all involved, the patient was physically restrained and then secured in a 4-point mechanical restraint due to his aggressive behavior and threats.
