Read the following situations and Explain your comments/answer briefly and concisely.

1. Mark, an employee for 17 years of an Airline Company was seen in the CCTV camera as he tried to bring out of the company premises a lead pipe "8x10" x 1/2" in size which belonged to the said company. Mark admitted that he took the said pipe for his own consumption. After the investigation, Mark was preventively suspended then was dismissed from employment.  Was the dismissal justified? Discuss.
2. A Room Attendant in Tuna Hotel was dismissed for blurting out against his supervisors in their absence but promptly reported to them the following remarks: "mga gago silang lahat".  Is the dismissal of said Room Attendant justified? Explain
3. For being disrespectful to her superior, B, a cook/reliever in a hotel for 17 years was dismissed from employment. The said disrespect was her angry reaction to the defamatory remarks made by her superior that she was responsible for the loss of food and supplies. On the contrary, this was the first offense of B. Is the dismissal lawful?
4. Crispin, a food checker for 15 years in a known restaurant in Manila, had a heated argument with Mr. Tan, his manager. A meted out a 10-day suspension but he refused to acknowledge the notice of suspension. after the lapse of his suspension, Crispin no longer reported to his office despite the repeated demands from Mr. Tan. As a result, Crispin was dismissed from employment on the ground of abandonment.  Is the act justified? Explain
5. Bosero, and employee a 5 star Hotel got trouble with a canteen helper. He smashed some food items on display,n slapped the canteen helper, and humiliated the latter.  Will Bosero be dismissed for such misconduct? Explain.
