When a cell gets to a certain size and has enough organelles and available energy, it may divide into 2 identical cells. This is called Mitosis. Let's tag along in this process of cellular reproduction and review the different phases the cell goes through starting with Interphase. Each student should take one of the phases and explain it in detail and after all the phases are described, let's stat adding some animation links to our posts to illustrate this process. By midweek, we will then do the same thing for Meiosis!
