Assignment : Task Force Project-Presentation of the Planning Process

As the head of the Maternal, Infant, and Reproductive Health Task Force in Centervale, you have focused on adolescent pregnancy prevention and the behavioral, cultural, and environmental risk factors associated with this health issue.

The task force has been impressed with your work, and has continued to have lively discussions about this issue.

They have agreed that it is time to begin the process of moving from the discussion to the action stage of the planning process.

For this assignment, complete the following:

Using the PRECEDE-PROCEED model, identify the predisposing, reinforcing, and enabling factors associated with the behavioral determinant of adolescent pregnancy that you have previously discussed.

Using the template provided, prepare a PowerPoint presentation to share with the task force. On the last slide, list three questions for the task force that will help you to address Phase 5: The Administrative Diagnosis.

Our final product will be a MS PowerPoint presentation of approximately 4-6 slides (including detailed speaker's notes). You should utilize at least 3 scholarly sources beyond the course readings in your research.

Your presentation should be written in a clear, concise, and organized manner; demonstrate ethical scholarship in accurate representation and attribution of sources; and display accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
