Your life is good. You are the top manager in a medium size company supervising 52 employees. Recently Gary, one of your best male empoyees made an announcement that he is beginning the process of transitioning from a male to female. He has already begun to wear female clothing and make up. He says that he identifies as a female and wants to be known as Mary.

Your problem started when Gary insisted on using the ladies rest room. Many of the female co-workers have started to complain. They are threatening to go over your head and even file lawsuits, if you don't step in and solve the problem now. Your boss has offered to buy a port-o-potty for Mary, but she refuses the idea. The next closest female restroom is 2 miles down the street. Mary says it's a matter of principal. She will not use the male restroom and wants to be treated the same as any other female.
