The second part of the assignment was to calculate a weighted average based on how important we felt each of the categories were These points were assigned based on a discussion regarding each category’s importance. Our group felt that tangibility was important because restaurants should have a modern and most importantly a clean look. Customers will not be willing to eat at a restaurant when it looks unsanitary. Just as important in our opinion was the reliability category. This category has equal importance because we felt that quick, standardized and professional service was essential for an organization like Chipotle. Below are the point values we assigned to each category.
