There are any number of psychometric quizzes that assess your leadership style. If you are posting later in the week, try to find a quiz your classmates have not already used (if possible). Complete the quiz you have chosen and then report back to the class the following:

1. A hyperlink to the quiz you decided to take.
2. What were the leadership styles categories that this quiz used as a basis?
3. Which leadership style were you assessed as having?
4. Were you surprised by the outcome of the quiz and why or why not?
