For this assignment, imagine that a manager that you have worked closely with before (perhaps one that you wrote about in your Module 1-3 SLPs) has to relocate to Korea or France. Do some research about the cultures in Korea and France and carefully review the background readings include Sadri (2013) and Hopkins (2009). Geert Hofstede has a webpage with ratings on cultural dimensions such as individualism and power distance that is also a good source of information.

After doing some research about national culture in Korea and France and reviewing the readings from Sadri (2013) and Hopkins (2009), write a 2- to 3-page paper addressing the following four questions. Make sure to cite at least one of the required background readings in each of your four answers:

  1. How would this manager have to change their leadership style if they relocated to Korea?
  2. How would this manager have to change their negotiation or conflict management style if they relocated to Korea?
  3. How would this manager have to change their leadership style if they relocated to France?
  4. How would this manager have to change their negotiation or conflict management style if they relocated to France?

For each of your answers, make sure to include a discussion of power distance, individualism/collectivism, and any other cultural dimension that you find relevant. Also, make sure to cite the concepts from Sadri (2013) and Hopkins (2009) to support your answers.
