Recently, a poly-crises environment has become more worrisome for policymakers globally. This poly-crises environment is characterised by numerous shocks occurring simultaneously. As the world emerged from COVID-19 crisis, the RussiaUkraine war high global inflation coupled with a slowing global economy became emerging challenges that authorities have to contend with.
