I. Introduction
A) Remote working has been advantageous to the companies and to the employees however, there are certain obstacles which makes it difficult to achieve the best outcomes.
B) In this speech, a collaboration tool for the employees working as remote workers is discussed. This tool is required as it is necessary for the employees to work in a collaborative manner where they are able to remain in contact with their colleagues while working on any project.
C) MeisterTask is a collaboration tool which is selected for this company.
1. It is based on the Kanban project management tool which makes it effective for the remote workers of this company.
2. It has a central file sharing hub which allows the workers to share their files, images and texts easily.
3. It allows for activity streaming which is suitable for collaboration.

II. Body
1. MeisterTask is based on the Kanban board-based project management.
a. it will allow the workers to effectively work on the projects

c. this lets the company to save time and money (Sumiati, et al., 2021).
2. It is useful as it lets the workers work on the central sharing hub of files

3. it allows for the activity streaming for effective collaboration.
a. the employees are able to take advantage of real-time activity streaming.

c. it can be done through the apps which are given by this collaboration tool.

III. Conclusion
A) thus, it is concluded that the MeisterTask is the best suited collaboration tool for this company.
1. It is founded on the Kanban project management tool and hence it is effective for this company.
2. It provides a central file sharing hub and the workers are able to share their files, images and texts easily.
3. It allows for activity streaming which makes collaboration easier amongst the team members.
B) Purpose for this speech was the discussion of a collaboration tool for the remote workers of this company.
C) it is therefore, maintained that the chosen collaboration tool can be used by the company.
