  1. Some say that there has been a failure in developing diversity on corporate boards. Share your thoughts on this statement and, if possible, share any relevant examples or descriptions that support thoughts from your own experience.
  2. Do you believe it is beneficial to have a quota for female board members? Do you believe that quotas for female board members will lead to more women leading businesses in the future? Explain.
