1) The health consequences of and treatments for obesity, anorexia and bulimia are cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and neurological. Eating disorders can cause many health issues, physically and mentally, the health issues can be treated by seeking professional help. A doctor, therapist, and a nutricionist can support and help anybody who is dealing with any eating disorders. (Health Consequences, 2018)
"Eating disorders often begin with the best of intentions a desire to lose weight and control eating. But in some people, those good intentions go badly wrong, resulting in anorexia, nervosa , bulimia , binge eating, or other disorders". (Jaret, P. 2017). Treatments for eating disorders are very effective, medication, exercise, cognitive behavioral therapies and a well-balanced diet including fruits, vegetables, protein fiber and water can help treat eating disorders.

2) The health consequences of obesity are illnesses such as coronary heart disease, hypertension and diabetes (Sarafino& Smith, 2017). To treat obesity a person must increase in fitness activities and change his diet to a low calorie diet (Sarafino& Smith, 2017). This diet should be low in fat and carbohydrates (Sarafino& Smith, 2017). In addition to these, a person could have medical surgeries, use self-help programs and behavioral and cognitive therapies (Sarafino& Smith, 2017).The health consequences of anorexia could cause death because of starvation. Anorexia could cause cardiac arrest, kidney failure, very low blood pressure or cardiac arrhythmias (Sarafino& Smith, 2017). Restoring the person's body weight and nutrition back to its normal weight is first priority to treating a person with this disorder (Sarafino& Smith, 2017). Using behavioral techniques for putting the weight back on the person by using the person's family for psychological therapy is a great help for treatment (Sarafino& Smith, 2017).The health consequences for bulimia are medical problems of the digestive tract (Sarafino& Smith, 2017). Psychotherapy is effective for bulimia especially when behavioral and cognitive methods are included. Methods such as self-monitoring, reinforcement and cognitive restructuring which helps focus on reducing the behaviors of bingeing and purging (Sarafino& Smith, 2017). Drugs for depression are sometimes added to these approaches (Sarafino& Smith, 2017).All treatments are effective if the person adheres to the procedures and plans set by the physician. Some treatments may seem more effective than others but all treatments are effective to the degree that the person follows the instructions.

3) Some of the consequences of obesity in a person are heart disease, diabetes and even death. Some of the consequences of anorexia are kidney failure, cardiac arrest, low blood pressure or cardiac arrhythmias. Consequences of bulimia are inflamation of thet digestive tract and cardiac problems such as arrhythmias. (Sarafino, 2017)Treatments for obesity are diet and exercise, but even though many overweight people succeed in changing their lifestyles, most do not. There are weight loss programs but they are costly but they are the most effective. (Sarafino, 2017) Treatment for annorexia is first and foremost trying to get the person to get to their ideal healthy weight. Behavioral techniques work the best, but it is still difficult to keep the weight on because persons with annorexia tend to relapse. Psychotherapy for bulimia is more effective when behavioral and cognitive methods are used. (Safarino, 2017).

4) Exercising is very important because it helps inviduals maintain good mental and physical health. There are many types of exercises for all ages, some great exercises are swimming, cardio, aerobic, strength, and flexibility. These types of exercises are great for maintaining good cardiovascular health. Cardio is better suited for people in different age categories because it does not require lifting or any other potentially risk that could harm individuals including children, unless there is a certain condition that prohibits the person from doing cardio.
"A regular fitness routine has been shown to have a wide-range of positive health effects, such as a lower risk of cancer and stroke , better cardiovascular health, stronger muscles, and slowing of bone density loss associated with age". (Stewart, K. 2018)

5) The first type of exercise is isometric which pits the muscles against an immovable object to gain strength ( "Lecture 7," 2018, para. 8) . The second type of exercise is isotonic involves lifting weights ( "Lecture 7," 2018, para. 8) . The third type of exercise is isokinetic, which works certain muscles by using special equipment ( "Lecture 7," 2018, para. 8) . The fourth type of exercise is Anaerobic exercise which requires energy for sprinting ( "Lecture 7," 2018, para. 8) . The fifth type of exercise is aerobic. Aerobic exercise uses a lot of oxygen for activities such as jogging, swimming and bicycling ( "Lecture 7," 2018, para. 8) . I believe all five types of exercises are suitable for young adults and adolescents. Isometric and isokinetic would be good for older people with light weights of course. Aerobics and Anaerobic would be good for young adults and adolescents.

6) According to our lecture notes the five types of exercise are physical activity: isometric exercise, isotonic exercise, isokinetic exercise, anaerobic exercise, and aerobic exercise. Our notes also states that "Exercise can also promote psychological benefits, such as decreasing depression, reducing anxiety, buffering against stress, and increasing self-esteem (Brannon & Feist, 2010). An exercise high is when endorphins are released in the brain, which can aid in relaxation and create feelings of euphoria." I think that Aerobic exercise would be a good way to exercise for older adults this kind of exercise includes jogging, swimming, dancing, and bicycling. Aerobic exercise increases energy levels, burns fat calories, lowers blood pressure, and helps the body tolerate stress better. Anaerobic exercises use energy for fast, short distances, such as sprinting. Anaerobic exercises would be best for younger adults.

7) What are some exercises that are suited for younger individuals that might not be feasible for older adults? Are there any exercise that really do not have an age influence?
