So far we have been discussing the ins and outs of GDP and what gets counted and what doesn't. We have concluded that unemployment is a drag on the economy. The overall BIG picture problem with the economy is still growth - we're not buying. So you are running for office, how would you fix our economy? How would you as Commander and Chief, stimulate growth. The rules are as follows: You must present your discussion using sound economic principals and not just political rhetoric. You must back up any and all open ended statements like..."We need less business regulation which will stimulate business growth." You can not leave your comment hanging like that - you have to explain why your idea will work.
