Cadillac Fairview is looking at the next level of engagement with their mall customers by providing an industry leading iPhone and Android app called myShop. This app will be used by customers as a map of the mall to locate stores.

It will also be used to engage customers when they are not in the mall. Through in-app notifications customers will be informed of sales which will be personalized to the shopping experience. To best engage the customer their location will be collected as they shop in any of Cadillac Fairview's malls. This data will be used by data analysts to determine shopping patterns and optimal promotions to send to customers by applying rules provided by stores.
