Sam is discussing the basics on filing an insurance claim with Joe in the office one afternoon. He tells Joe how important it is to file an insurance claim correctly because this is the way the practice can collect money for the care they give to the patient for those patients with insurance. Sam is intrigued by the process and asks Joe to tell him a little about what an insurance claim is and some tips to make sure claims are processed accurately.
