Following assignment 1 and 2, the organisation wants to progress a larger initiative through the finding of assignment 1 & 2. The board of director have asked you to do further work. They have requested that you deliver the third document in the form of assignment 3, which should cover the following:

• Provide an Initiative Definition, containing:
o Executive brief of the digital innovation mentioned above.
o Minimal Viable Product (MVP) Features.
o Features for future development, by different releases.
o A Product Roadmap, highlighting the releases on a timeline.
• Include an Initiative Feasibility Assessment, containing:
o A Value Proposition Canvas - how will this initiative impact the users/customers.
o Complete a Business Model Canvas/Lean Canvas or Mission Model Canvas to assess the initiative (and discuss your selection of tool, including why it was selected).
• Complete an Initiative Viability Assessment, including:
o Detailed Initiative Benefits (Financial & Non-Financial).
o Detailed Initiative Costs.
o A completed Cost/Benefit Analysis, showing the Net Present Value (NPV).
• In detail and with justifications include a Customer Impact Assessment, which:
o Discusses the target customer segments and their expectations.
o Outlines the Current State Customer Journey.
o As well as the Future State Customer Journey. This should show an improvement over the current state.
• In addition, the following should also be included:
o A Technology Impact Assessment:
Discuss the integration, security and technology organisational impacts.
o A Risk Assessment:
Identify the potential risks associated with the project and the impact and likelihood of each to establish the categorisation of each risk.
Include a brief description of how these could be mitigated or managed.
• For the problem statement identified previously, provide justifications, how 5G technology can facilitate the integrations of "Mobility-As-A-Service" (MaaS) digital technology in the selected organization in the industry mentioned above.

• With justification and examples, discuss the digital innovation trends in the industry mentioned.

• Provide quality Recommendation & Conclusion with supporting arguments.
