Make an evauation report and include:

Identifying any problems in addressing the needs of consumers

Assessing the capacity of programs to meet objectives, budget requirements

Assessing the capacity of the program to adhere to regulatory, legal and policy guidelines

• Program modifications required within policy and budgetary requirements. The evaluation must be presented as a five hundred to one thousand word written report.

Each candidate is to submit a report individually, identifying any modifications needed to meet changing requirements within policy and budgetary frameworks and provide evidence of how they have maintained relevant program and service delivery documentation.

Problems are identified addressing the needs of consumers and stakeholders

  • Discusses the capacity of the program to meet objectives and budgetary requirements - explains whether they were met and if not, why?
  • Discusses the capacity of the program to adhere to regulatory, legal and policy guidelines - explains whether they were met and if not, why?
  • Identifies modifications required to the program based on the evaluations. Meets these modifications without affecting policy and budgetary requirements
  • Submits a revised program with the modifications with version control.
